Robert, I'm really curious about what you think. I'm a millennial and I have younger cousins who are Gen Z and we spend a lot of our time on the internet. I met my spouse through Twitter, as crazy as that sounds. So this is a world where people meet their spouses, whether it's Tinder or Instagram. And then Gen Z, they spend probably a disproportionate amount of their time online.

And it's very nimby. I thought it was very nimbyish, but there was just like legit concerns about crime in the neighborhood and the LAPD getting out when they would come out.
