Here's what you do.
This was very hard to do for me, for everybody.
If you've never meditated before, I would say start with at least like a mantra.
Say a word over and over.
Say a verse over and over just to get yourself still.
Now when you're still, oh God, this is embarrassing.
I'm just going to sell it.
I'm going to put it out there.
I'm meditating now.
Do a guided meditation for us.
This is what I do.
Okay, you put your hand over.
Get to the feeling body, not to the thinking body.
So I took my hand.
I just put it on my heart.
And I remember I was just feeling my way through life.
Feel your consciousness.
Feel yourself, your nervous system.
That's not the thinking mind.
