The call comes out that a lady is talking on the phone to her friend, and the friend hears the struggle, and then all of a sudden the line goes dead. She calls 911, and... Obviously, we get dispatch. And sergeants, when we hear certain calls, we're like, that's something I should roll to.

I happen to be close enough to where the two offices β so it's one of those apartment communities where it's one floor, two floors, and then there's a top floor, and then there's an apartment all the way down here. So the officers β I pull in the parking lot, and I see my officers walking to the door.
