So I extracted DNA from them.

And I was able to determine that it was a species of plant called the drumstick tree, which is a tropical plant from South Asia that actually has a lot of medicinal uses and nutraceutical uses.

So in other words, it has some health benefits.

But then I did the literature search, and I determined that the compounds, the chemical compounds in this particular plant can actually interfere with certain heart medications.

So I was able to testify, first off, is the purported victim or the potential victim, were they on heart medication that could be negatively affected by this?

So theoretically, it could have been a really slick job.

conspiracy to murder knowing that this person was heart medication we use a plant that could interfere with that well it wasn't the case and so in the end there was no evidence that there was a conspiracy to commit murder but in the case of this it actually substantiated an affair allegation because there was a mistress involved there that did use those seeds for herbal medicine and that just substantiated that that person had been in the home and had left their seeds
