So it appears that the photons know they're being measured.

Like, they actually know.

So the signal photons and the Eidler photons show a constructive wave interference pattern when they're not measured by a detector.

But there's four detectors, and they...

can't know because of the way the detectors are set up because the photons are split and some go on not to be measured and some go on to be measured, okay?

Now, here's the deal.

There is no wave interference pattern when they are measured.

So this makes it look like they know when they're being observed.

I can understand the whole explanation of entanglement.

I don't know why.

I should say I can accept it.

I don't know why it's easy for me to accept that, but I can just accept it.

What I can't know or understand is a particle knowing that it's being watched.

So are there any hypotheses that would explain why this happens?
