So the machinery is running.
Obama was one kind of disruption.
So here's the problem Kennedy's facing.
And then Trump was a was, you know, another kind of disruption.
It's easier to approve something already in motion than to stop it.
And I don't disagree with that.
Yeah, I think there's some truth in it.
This is what happened to Barack Obama when Bush, at the end of his term, decided not to approve an increase in troops in Afghanistan and let it be a decision the new president makes.
Well, he wasn't crazy about it, but what was he going to do?
Stop it?
It was too early in his presidency to do that.
So what does he do?
He ends up adding more troops to it.
