That's just not how it has worked unless the United States is at war, essentially. And, you know, we're talking a lot about the U.S., but the U.K. and Europe โ sorry, U.K. โ tracks โ Fairly closely, although the numbers are lower, it seems to be following like a similar pattern. Although I think in some countries, I think Estonia is one of them, like you can't even get heroin anymore.
