Now, some of them, they would have rested players for away games, but they're not an unbeatable force.
As good as they are, they're not a Toulouse who has a load of Champions Cup medals under their belt.
Now, I think...
We've already discussed the weather.
It's also worth mentioning that Bordeaux is only a couple of hours down the road from Bilbao.
So there's going to be a huge number of Bordeaux fans here.
So not quite a home game for them, but it's pretty close.
So I'd give Leinster a great shot, Will, but I'm sort of expecting a narrow Bordeaux win, I think.
What about yourself?
It's not going to be a 15-12 game as it was here in 2018 against Racing, that's for sure.
And I think that's something that Leinster are very mindful of.
It's really easy and almost a cheap way of looking at it that it's Bordeaux's attack against Leinster's defence.
But that does a disservice to the quality of Leinster's attack.
We haven't really mentioned Harry Burnwell yet.
I think Leinster's attack has looked a lot better in recent weeks because they now have a settled 10 in Harry Byrne.
I think the confidence that he'll be getting, this is the biggest stage that he'll have played on.
So while Leinster's defence is obviously going to have to shut down
bordeaux and i think they're well capable of i think in terms of jack neenarber's blitz defense uh really can get after you know jadiber lucu and shut down the the space out wide but lenzer are also going to have to fire shots and i think they're more than capable of doing it so it's just about getting that right balance between when they get into the red zone coming away uh with points because like i said i do think they'll spend a lot of the game defending
Which would be the dream scenario, obviously, from an Irish rugby point of view.
But I think as a whole, like the URC has just gone from strength to strength since the big South African teams have come into it.
