Because if you think back to this time last year, they'd signed Rob Seab from Australia.

But that was before Stuart Lancaster was appointed head coach.

So Rob Seab is going to Leicester Tigers is my understanding.

But that wasn't the gig that he signed up for when

The head coach is coming in to coach the attack as well.

Lancaster would be pretty unique in that regard, that he coaches both sides of the ball.

That's not to say Rob Seab has done a good job with the Connacht attack this season, because he absolutely has.

But Lancaster has put more of a focus on the defence.
