The defence, I think their back row, this is something I'm writing about at the moment, their back row is a back row that they can build their pack around for the next few years.

Kian Prendergast was exceptional at the weekend.

He is going from strength to strength, had a really positive Six Nations as well.

Seamus Hurley-Langton, there was talks that he might be leaving because at a connoisseur signing, Will Connors, who plays obviously in his position in the open side,
