I think Munster are struggling for an identity under Clayton Macmillan because I'm not sure what it is.
They've absolutely moved away from the Mike Prendergast style of play.

That seems to be in his coaching as well.
I don't think there's anything wrong with a bit of old school at all.
But I think you need someone... I think you need someone with softer skills.
And what I mean by that is... Listeners will have seen plenty of interviews and heard plenty of interviews with Clayton Macmillan.
And he's been great from a media point of view because he's straight up.
He's no bullshit.
He answers everything.
Like you just read his quotes there, almost to his detriment.
