His high ball stuff was good.

He's a savage defender, which doesn't really get spoken about a lot.

He hits hard.

He reads the game well for the most part.

He won't want to see back at the replay for Rhys Carey.

I've never seen him make a defensive error like that.

He's usually very, very good.

So that was another positive as well.

And if you talk about pluses of this Six Nations, he's been right up there as a big positive.

a proper athlete isn't he just the way he like glides across the surface he's also like much bigger as in taller than he looks like if you're up close I'm like he is a big powerful athlete and look and of course his past that was sensational as well

Look, he would have won lots more caps.

I think everyone knows that at this point.

Andy Farrell would love to have picked him over the years, but his body just hasn't played ball.

And I think the amount of games that he's played now consecutively for Ulster and certainly for Ireland now in this Six Nations...

I wonder if they've maybe tweaked what they're doing with him behind the scenes in terms of training.

Maybe he's not being asked to train as much as he did.

And I think that's brilliant from the coaching side of things because I think you have to manage certain players differently.

And whatever they're doing is working because he's been brilliant.

I was just going to say, a dink over the top or a little grubber kick through, just something to throw different pictures at.

His first cameo, he did really well.
