The Minister announced new grants in January, just before the current Iran situation.

So we have higher grant levels and people are really buying into them en masse.

But we need more.

We have more money.

We have more grants.

You know, if you're going to triple glaze passive windows as a top performing window, you'd want to be looking at your mid-80s insulation.

All of our grand schemes are kind of pre, the home must be pre-2011 because post-2011 homes have suitable levels of insulation as per building regulations.

If your insulation is mid-80s, you're really at probably quite a low level.

It might be just about all right.

But the expense of putting in passive windows into maybe poorly insulated walls, you want to be looking at the walls as well, I would think.

And then under the fireplace, you just block it up and you can do it in all sorts of ways and go down to the hardware store and get a little balloon that goes up under the chimney.
