Keith, I mean, you're working in this industry, the audio industry, is that right?
So you've maybe a particular insight into this whole idea, the whole notion behind freshening up a station sound.
Is that fair?
The challenge, I assume, and I'm not a spokesperson for RT when it comes to this type of thing.
is that it's not necessarily that people love the music, because I doubt many people were after Sunday Miss Elney playing that song, that whole score in its entirety, you know, on Spotify.
It's the familiarity is the attraction to it.
And
Totally.
Things that are new by their very nature are not going to be familiar to people.
So there's going to, I mean, and this sounds like kind of, you know, like if you're defending, you're losing.
But you have to give a bit of time, don't you, to allow the new sound to become familiar.
Is that fair?
Well, I think they overly reinterpreted it one year and had to roll back, if you remember.
