What we've learned so far today on LiveLine and indeed yesterday in our conversations about water supply is that when Irish Water say that they are responsible for the delivery of secure, safe and sustainable water services for the people of Ireland, that's a fail.
When they say their purpose is to deliver the highest quality drinking water to taps every day, that's a fail.
And when they say their mission is that all our customers, all, all our customers should receive a safe and reliable supply of drinking water, that's a fail as well.
