You wouldn't have just each local authority dealing with this and all the inefficiencies that come with it.

It's only been around for about a decade.

I'm sure there were obviously problems with all the local authorities doing it in a patchwork style, but it does sound, certainly from your point of view, that the cure is worse than the disease in that sense.

But that's every four or five days an outage.

So that's every day and a half there's a problem where somebody's logged in something.
