Yeah, you were just saying about planning there from, you know, we need to be abided by the existing planning laws.
But the thing about it is there are people doing short-term living for over 20 years and they were asked at the time when they started,
And they were told, well, if there's less than four rooms in the entire house, you don't, you're fine.
And most people thought you didn't need planning to do short-term lettings.
And the first time it ever came up was on Borough of Pernala in 2016.
But then that was kind of just, I mean, I only know that because I looked at it recently, but then people continued on and the government didn't stop them.
So nobody started with the intention of breaking the law or not being compliant.
A lot of people started being told they were compliant.
So it's a difficult one where we are right now, but we are where we are.
And the government needs to recognize it and needs to recognize that people who are doing short-term lets are providing a service in good faith and have always been doing it in good faith.
I was last July, the 7th of July.
I was a fit man, I was doing everything
outside the house here because I retired.
And, you know, I was giving back to the community, kept the place clean, put wildflowers in.
It was a fiddle.
You wouldn't believe it, the things I'd done.
