Yeah, as you rightly say, Gordon, Hearts certainly put the nail in the coffin of Rangers last night.
There's absolutely no chance now that Rangers...
can go on and win the title they can have a big say in it because they've got a massive game coming up next weekend uh but all credit to hearts but they had to go and get that one they got it and it was a fantastic winner from Shankly you've got to say and Celtic just hanging right in there a lot of people criticizing their performances but they're getting the job done so all of a sudden that three horse went into two and it's the same at the bottom
I looked at Dundee, Kilmarnock, St Mirren for that 11th place.
It now looks like Dundee are okay, and it's down to Kilmarnock, St Mirren.
They've got a massive game coming up as well.
It's still exciting football.
Yeah, the atmosphere was incredible, Gordon.
You've got to say, because there was pressure on both teams.
Hearts knew deep down inside, look, if we can win this game tonight, then we'll only look at one team that's going to stop us winning this league this season, and that would be Celtic.
And they achieved that, and to be fair to them,
for me they showed a lot of character because I thought Rangers started the game very well got that goal they looked comfortable and you're thinking Rangers got to do a job in Hearts here tonight and all of a sudden we'll be talking about the three horse race again who's going to win it Rangers fans would have been confident Celtic Hearts
But all credit to Hearts.
Forget about... I know Derek tweaked one or two things and you're talking about tactics.
I thought second half, Hearts just showed the desire how much it meant to them.
And I think summed up from a Rangers point of view was Hearts' first goal.
Two Rangers players at the back post just basically switching off.
Nothing whatsoever.
And see when that goal goes in and the roof comes off Tyne Castle.
