So, and then you sort of retreated from the spotlight.
That was intentional, was it?
It's part of it I'm finding difficult.
It's a by-product of your core purpose, if you like.
And it can be really hard to deal with.
So you just went, I'm not doing that, I'm out.
And so for you then coming back out to promote this book, Whatever Happened to Madeline Stone, how do you feel about that?
You're more ready for it now.
