I suppose we'll have to see how it develops because the headwinds that solar is facing really depend on the Trump administration.

So who knows how that might unfold this year.

And it's clearly not great to be an industry that the president has criticized or isn't really backing.

But overall, there are still lots of bright spots for solar in the long term because some of the biggest companies in the country are working to make that happen.
