You know, there's a bit of a split between the leadership and the members, or there is a healthy situation within both of those parties where they feel they have the freedom to vote against the leader.

OK, so now this goes to committee stage and what is likely to happen there?

Obviously, further scrutiny, but will it move ahead from there and what will the timeline be?
