Another listener tried to access psychiatric services for a neighbour who was going through a psychotic episode.

I couldn't find anyone who could help.

There was no way they could find to help that person.

No psychiatric nurse service, no medical services.

Now, they didn't know what GP they attended.

And that, as you've explained to us, Liam, that's sort of the gateway into referrals, isn't it, from the GP on?
