So it's in your pelvic bowl, the base of your spine.
Just bring your awareness to that part of your body.
And then as we chant this mantra, send the vibration of the mantra, send love, tenderness to that part of the body.
And as you chant that and you elongate the mm, you can feel the reverberation of the vibration travel down through the body to that spot.
Om Lam.
So what you're doing is you're tuning your body.
You're indicating to your nervous system that you're in a state of relaxation rather than fight or flight.
You're boosting your mood.
You're healing.
So amazing.
It has been the biggest game changer for me.
And actually, speaking of this week, it's interesting you say that you kind of were struggling this week.
I was too.
And I wonder whether it was I was at home with my parents and then we did the meditation on Sunday.
And perhaps I was holding a lot of emotion from seeing my parents again after a while and
Maybe worry whether the class would go as well as I wanted it to.
And perhaps I got back to London then and let all those fears go.
I let them drop.
And what was left was like a little bit of overwhelm and anxiety underneath.
And I spoke to my guru.
