Okay, well, let's talk about our week and I think we have to go straight to you and the FTD brothers.
Well, yes.
I mean, in the class last week, Niamh Coffey, who is a regular meditator, did say that the pain in her body was caused by
by blocked energy.
And I think it's, you know, if you think of the base chakra being the seat of your view of the world, you know, your anxiety, your fears, your conditioning,
lives in that part of your body.
And if you are worried, feeling insecure, feeling like you are not digesting the world in the way that you want to, that indicates that you're blocked at your base.
Well, that's the thing.
The chakras are the energy center of the body.
So you can very quickly tend to your base chakra.
Yoga, getting your feet out in the grass, getting out in nature will very quickly bring you back to neutral with your base chakra.
And I suppose if you want to really energize the base, then you start to do the chanting and you do that regularly and then you really start to feel your overall energy improve.
So imagine just before we start your base chakra.
So it's in your pelvic bowl, the base of your spine.
Just bring your awareness to that part of your body.
And then as we chant this mantra, send the vibration of the mantra, send love, tenderness to that part of the body.
And as you chant that and you elongate the mm, you can feel the reverberation of the vibration travel down through the body to that spot.

So what you're doing is you're tuning your body.
