So my cat, Vivian, is starting to make a little bit more of an appearance on Instagram, actually.

If you see my stories, I'm often posting pictures of her.

I'm obviously completely besotted by her, as we are by our pets.

But I must say, sometimes Viv and I are a little off in terms of our routines.

So, and I always think of this as this occurs to me, I think, oh, this must happen to people with their kids as well.

So I might come in from a busy day or I might have been in front of my laptop for hours and

And Viv approaches and she has a special little cry that indicates, I want to play.

Now what happens when I go outside is, the phone goes away.

I take my shoes off and my feet are in the grass.

And I thought the other day, my cat is trying to give me a moment, a reset moment, a moment of presence, a moment of mindfulness.

She's helping me to unplug from life, to step away from you.

She's leading you to the well.

Yeah, to step away from my stress.

And rather than being like...

As soon as I do, as soon as I'm down there five minutes and I'm seeing little ladybirds and I'm hearing the buzz of the bee and my feet are in the grass, I think, thank God that she has done this for me.

So now, we're on episode five of Soul Sisters season 10 and we haven't talked about My Love Life much, have we?

No.

Fair enough.

Touché.

So, My Love Life has been a little bit more active in the last five months than it's been in a good while.
