And then the fact is, we're just back on our phones.
And then we all listen, listen to a podcast or read a book that's like, this is ruining our lives.
And we're like, yes, yes.
Or they turn up and they're like, I've deleted everything.
I've deleted Instagram, TikTok.
I've deleted every app.
I'm just not on it.
And then you're like, you're amazing.
You're an icon.
Like, I don't know how you do it.
And then three days later you get a DM from them on Instagram and you're like, hmm.
Things aren't going so well.
I know, I know.
But I have to say, as somebody reporting live from my flop era,
The fact that sometimes all you want to do is kill some time with some lovely distraction.
And for example, I've always hated exercise.
I just simply do not enjoy it.
And I'm sure you're meant to do it mindfully.
But I resent every second of it.
And the only way for me to get through it, I look forward to in the evenings, I put on my television show, It Has To Be Bad, and I do my weights.
