No, I'm just kind of like because if I go back to sleep, then it affects my cortisol levels.
So I just kind of stay awake, like roll around, look at my ceiling, scroll on Instagram.
And then I get out of bed at 7.45, immediately make my bed because I've been told that's how you're meant to start your day.
I then shower if it's a shower day.
Every second day is a shower day.
Brush my teeth, do my skincare, have my coffee in my kitchen, choose what I'm wearing, then not like it, so then re-choose what I'm wearing.
