You know, is what I'm measuring, is it really what I'm thinking?
So I think it gives us an opportunity to really enter into the question at a more informed basis.
I mean, the fact is, yeah, so my heartbeat, I looked at my blood oxygen, I'm 99 to 96, you know, all those kinds of things.
And then I'm able to make some decisions about how I do what I do.
the technology is important if you really understand how to utilize it and if you're willing to uh uh to to again check that you know check what you your technology is saying up against what your your position is saying you gotta you gotta you gotta have a check and balance it you gotta balance it yeah i mean because you know you can you know your technology can get wacky too so i think it i think it's important to to look at both of them in order to make an informed decision
You know, this has really been an interesting conversation.
I do believe that it's important to talk about it.
I think it's important to enter into the conversation because I think, you know, as we said a little bit earlier, when you're young, you don't think about it.
But I think our health is important.
And to be able to do that in a way in which you feel like you can actually do something and make some positive changes, you know, it's great.
So this conversation is good to have.
When I was growing up, when I knew that we were going to be talking about this topic, I remember this young lady in my eighth grade class, her name was Margaret.
And Margaret had all these kinds of things on her face.
You know, and, you know, eighth grade, and I never did this, but a lot of kids would mock her and stuff like that.
I'm wondering about the impact of food on our skin.
How does that, I mean, the kinds of foods that we eat sometimes show up.
