Katie, thanks for coming on, and we expected we would talk more about this, but obviously the situation in Minneapolis took off.
It's basically the one-year anniversary of the wildfires in California, and I was reading quite a lot about them.
In fact, when I was up at the FIFA World Cup event, one of the women who lost her home came up to me and said, will you please talk about how slow...
The rebuild is going in L.A.
A lot of people are not paying attention to it, but it is a total mess in Malibu and Altadena and Pacific Palisades.
What is the story there?
What can you tell us about on the ground what L.A.
is like now, one year after those wildfires?
Katie, speaking of for sale signs, there's been some recent movement among some of the billionaires in your home state of California.
I think actually one of them, not Sergei, the other one from Larry Page, does that sound right, from Google, just bought a $140 million property in,
A little ways from where I currently am right now in Miami.
So there's already been some movement among these billionaires to move out of your state because there's a billionaire wealth tax that actually is being considered.
Can you tell us about the status of that?
Katie, I mentioned again the four kids.
I thought this is under the radar.
It's big news.
What is the reaction that you have heard among sort of the Maha Mom movement, which is an intriguing collection of people?
based on the big news about the food pyramid from RFK Jr.
and also the decisions about what vaccine should or should not be given to kids.
Again, Minneapolis has kind of snowed under a lot of these stories, but that was a pretty significant announcement yesterday.
