I'm not going to pull people around when I have them in class because they incrementally give me small amounts of time to work on them to save their lives.
You know, like I've told people to their face, you need to lose 100 pounds.
I like you.
You're very attractive, but you're too fat and you're going to die because you won't be able.
And it doesn't matter about my family.
Your family is not relevant.
Your partner is not relevant.
You cannot save those people if you can't save yourself.
You have to be competent enough.
And I thought a lot about this because I knew I was going to talk to you.
And people always go, well, you know, the dev group and the delta and the this and the that.
You know why they're competent, right?
Because you and I pay for them to be competent.
Every time I write a tax check, I write bombs and bullets in the memo section.
I want competent people to defend us.
It's the same thing with law enforcement.
If you don't like law enforcement because they did something in a shooting that you don't like, let me ask you a question.
How are you manning or girling up, okay, to โ
you know, promoting proper training for those people.
I mean, well, I don't want to spend the money.
