Okay, let's calm down a little bit.
I understand that setting up a meeting is not someone anyone really needs help with.
But maybe this person is just an eager beaver, a keen bean.
I've met multiple people that are like this.
And sometimes when you're starting off, which in this case, this person is a new employee, right?
The person that this poster is talking about is a new employee.
That person probably just wants to do as much as they can to help.
They want to obviously give a first good impression.
Definitely don't tell them to fuck off.

This could be easily solved by just saying, no, it's fine, don't worry, I got it.
Or just try to hint that you're fine, but not in a rude way.
You could probably just say, it's fine, focus on onboarding for now.
Or don't worry about it, just focus on onboarding.

hints that you don't need help with these little things without being rude about it i don't think that the intention of this person or the person who's asking if they need help is to be condescending i this person just joined the company what motivation do they have to be condescending i think they're just trying to be really really keen which can come across in a bad way and
But the intention is not malicious, which is why I feel like we all need to calm down a little bit.
