Like in some ways they've had to take on. a seriousness, like with climate change, with what's going on with the governments.

That I want to read, and I know it's going to be very upsetting, though, but it is really just all about how screens and phones are so, so detrimental to society, particularly now that there's going to be a whole generation that have... had their faces and phones well before their prefrontal cortexes were developed.

So, I mean, I think the takeaway of the book that I haven't read yet is do not let kids have phones that they have access to internet and stuff like that or social media until they're 16, ideally 18. Mm-hmm. And to teach, you know... Phone hygiene. Phone hygiene.

And it's part of what's bad about like there's so many benefits to working from home or whatever, being creative and having flexibility. But the bad part of it is we're not going to our nine to five job and clocking out and coming home and being able to like put it down. And I want to be a much better role model. Obviously, our kids don't have phones. Right. But they have tablets.
