Like Vanguard for me was too communal.

And they have a culture of, you know, if you stay there forever, you're very unlikely to get fired.
And you can have really continuous growth, but quite slow for comparative to a Goldman, which would be very fast.
But if you're not very good, you're gone, you know, 20% every year.
And I preferred the Goldman to the Vanguard.
