But for me, I'm okay with players kind of taking things into their own hands, kind of controlling their narrative now, because I mean, look far too often, NFL teams, the business side, they often dictate the narrative surrounding a player.
And so now we're starting to see a little bit of a shift in the last few years where players are actually a little bit more in control of their future and their direction, which I'm okay with.
We'll see where things are at here with Cortland, though, but not attending voluntary OTAs, not necessarily a big deal.
I think the timeline to watch here is obviously the NFL draft coming up there.
Is he traded before or during the NFL draft?
If that doesn't happen, the next timeline for us to be watching is June 11th through June 13th when the team, when mandatory minicamp does begin here.
