And there's a lot of dug in Trump supporters who are really pushing hard, led by JD Vance and Kristi Noem and Donald Trump, that the media is somehow gaslighting America.

I mean, it's a strange thing where like both sides are accusing the other of gaslighting one another.

Someone is winning this narrative battle, and I'm really curious to see how that is.

For me, it's clear as day.

And it almost doesn't even matter.

Like, she shouldn't have been shot in the face, right?

Like, that's full stop.

That's almost 99% of all that needs to be said.

There is a difference.

You can't win a debate with someone who's willing to lie.

Debate is based on shared reality and a mutual acceptance of facts.

When there is a group who's willing to say whatever they want, gaslight, lie, stretch the truth, exaggerate, and do that repeatedly,
