Hegseth is punishing him in his own unique way, and Mark Kelly is calling BS, saying, no, that's not it.

And this is a perfect example of where the courts exist because Mark Kelly is saying, all right, let's chat it up.

And through that whole process, he's betting, and I think a good bet, that people are going to see this as really –
