Rene Good was really, really terrible.

And without any sort of material change in this policy, that pattern is likely to continue.

Every time I see Trey Gowdy, I think of like, who does his hair?

He's a weird looking dude.

But that aside, I will say again, he was, you know, member of Congress.

He's a Republican and he's a prosecutor.

And he's also showing himself to be a fact based, reasonable arbiter of what he sees objectively, which is increasingly rare on the Republican side.

And so good for him.

The thing about the Ted Cruz thing, which I find so fascinating and revealing, is that comment came in a secret recording, right?

Which just proves everything of how craven and cowardice and sort of lame Ted Cruz is.

If that's how you really believe that these policies, then say it publicly.

But Ted Cruz is...

like the human tonsil stone that he is, is just a weird, repellent, unlikable dude who won't ever speak truth to power.

Remember, his, you know, Trump said, called his wife ugly and said his dad, you know, was part of the JFK assassination.

And that didn't change anything.

Cruz is still a Trump suck up because that's the landscape of US politics today.
