I feel like that's what the great leaders in the game, players, coaches, front office people, that's what the best do the best.
Totally, yeah, all the time.
There's thousands of people playing the game, and everybody comes from a different spot and got into the game in a different way.
So you can learn something from everybody, whether they're succeeding or failing or hurt or playing or retired or whatever.
Everyone has experience to give.
That's the cool thing about baseball and doing media stuff in baseball and being at the baseball field.
It's just constant storytelling and –
reminiscing and talking about this thing that's going to happen or whatever.
Like it's just constant conversation.
The thing that like drew me into baseball more so than the actual X's and O's and the fundamentals of the game were the people playing it and where they came from and where, what's their story and how did they get here?
And what are they about?
Like I've always been even more interested in the people that play baseball than like the actual playing out of the game on the field.
I don't know why.
And somehow you're in the same place.
I agree.
I mean, it feels like it.
You look next to you, and this guy might be from Korea, and this guy's from Panama or Puerto Rico.
You just never know.
And this guy might have been drafted in the 48th round, which doesn't even exist anymore.
And this kid just came in and signed for $8 million in the first round.
