Going up and down, it's a workout in and of itself.
Yeah, I'll send you a video.
I'll get down to it.
Oh, this is... I'm in heaven.
It's everything.
It really matters.
I feel like this is such a great question because in baseball, everything is so analytical and everything is so driven by the numbers, and everyone wants to know, okay, well, what have you done for me lately?
How are you going to produce?
What does this –
mean for us?
How, what stat can I point to, to like justify what you're doing or saying?
But in baseball, the stats aren't counted until after what's happened.
Like the day, if you want somebody to help your team win, to help your players get better, to help your players work more efficiently, um, to think smarter than the team in the other dugout, like that all happens in the before and during and the Alex Bregman's and the
great players like him in that class, they know what it takes to have success and to be great at the major league level.
Like so many people get caught up in, Oh, well like we could just sign this guy.
He's got this war and his expected Woba is this, but like, is he a baseball player?
Is he going to be great in the clubhouse?
Is he going to be great in the cage?
Is he going to help my other infielders get better?
Is he going to stay early?
