In December of 1986, Larry made the three-hour drive to Champaign, Illinois, where they were doing one of these reenactments, which also happened to be the exact same time and place where 25-year-old Kimberly Ann Thompson went missing. Now, interestingly, a few months before her disappearance, she had actually testified against two men in a drug trafficking case, and her testimony landed the men in prison for seven years.
