At 7.20 p.m., a 911 call came into the police department indicating shots were fired around 515 Brown Avenue in Kellogg. Shortly after that, a second 911 call came in from the shooter himself. During the call, he told the dispatcher, This is Major John Kaler. I just went downstairs and executed a fucking pedophile and his family. The dispatcher asked, You shot somebody?
