july 3 2023 the preliminary hearing from major john was rescheduled and a gag order was issued by the shoshone county district court shoshone county prosecuting attorney benjamin allen was set to present witnesses to convince magistrate judge keisha oxendine to move forward with the case against major john but he as well as the defense stated that they needed more time to gather evidence and witnesses
