And something they were concerned about was getting Ashley and Laura's information entered into the National Crime Information Center, which is essentially a database where you can upload the information of missing persons and any law enforcement agency around the country can access it. And on January 6th, Laureen and Jay were told that Ashley and Laura's info had been uploaded to it.
