On January 20th, 1994, he was on trial once again for the abduction and murder of Colleen Reed in Austin, Texas. Sadly, by the time the trial started, Colleen's body still hadn't been found. but they did have physical evidence that proved Kenneth was guilty. The next victim they needed to find was Colleen Reed, which wouldn't be easy. For some reason, Kenneth did not want to give up the location. He told investigators that they would never be able to locate her without him present. He gave a general area, but it was too difficult to find. And when asked if it was the same location where she was murdered, he once again blamed Hank Worley.
