I just watch a game.

I don't have to have any takes.

I don't have to have any opinions.

I don't have to worry about if it's going to be rebutted by a million different people.

I just get to watch, feel patriotic,

And yeah, in my limited viewing of national soccer, which international soccer, I should say, and I now am a convert, I think a lot like you.

I think you and I used to make fun of the sport of the hallway back in our less evolved days as opinion makers.

But that was...

I was like, wait, so we have good players up front now?

We have guys that can make plays?

Like, usually it's kind of, we don't have any of those guys and all those guys are on the other team.

So, I mean, look, I know we can be like really egotistical in this country about like, hey, we expect to be the best at all these different things.

And it feels like it's been disappointing 32 years removed from the 94 run where you're like, well, if we're doing this in 94, then we could be winning a World Cup in 30 years.

And we're not even close to that.

But I would say the style of play,

i that's as much fun as i've had watching soccer maybe in my life yeah so i'm with you yeah i listen that that's how i feel i like you hated it you used to hate it well a lot of the flopping you did you know but listen i've grown a lot of therapy i'm much more sophisticated now

I think it's when ESPN got the rights and Skipper pulled you aside and was like, hey, cowherd, you're a soccer guy now.
