He had a blue sweater and he'd do his hair and they knew, they all knew him and called him James and everything and...

He loved hanging out with us, and the last time I saw him, I went into a bookshop, and he said, I'll hold your jacket.

And he stood outside, and I remember him doing a little dance...

A little dance, yeah.

I was looking at him, he did a wee dance.

And I walked out, he said, see, you can't dance like that, can you?

I said, no, I can't.

Took a tram ride with him and I was sitting in the tram and he was deaf by that point.

And I was sitting next to him and there was a guy sitting opposite us who recognised me and I could tell he recognised me because he just kind of looked at me and I just kind of, you know, nodded to him.
