I saw this in the Wall Street Journal today that the French National Weather Service is investigating irregularities at a weather monitoring station at Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris.

It seems that anomalous temperature spikes led to big payoffs on Polymarket, and that raised some eyebrows among local weather watchers.

One trader, it turns out, made more than a hundred.

$21,000 on a $120 bet.

If we cannot trust the weather, what are we even doing?
