The only progress I made was, was making mistakes, which is progress, but not the kind of progress that you want.
Um,
And man, it was brutal.
But now what's great about that season is that I now have all this knowledge in my head about if I see a specific problem in the manufacturing process, I pretty much know exactly what's wrong and I know exactly how to fix it.
The problem with that is I'm limited to who, if anybody, that I can hire to make stuff because my QC now is so high.
that I can't, I don't have the six months to train somebody on how to make all this stuff.
Um, so it's definitely an interesting situation to be in.

Everything was 40% off.
I think I had about a thousand orders between November and December and
My company blew up on Reddit.
Reddit can be either very toxic or very good.
It was really good for a stint.
But then here's the other thing.
I was basing my lead times off what my previous manufacturing time was, which was three to five weeks, which wasn't very short in the first place.
But when people who ordered in November didn't get their stuff until February...
You can imagine the toxic Reddit community came out, which actually kind of in some ways is why I changed my company name.
