And so I spent five years kind of doing a deep dive into the psychodynamics of our relationship with social media.
Yeah, well, if you think about it, like, and again, the idea that ADAC is this drive and you're hyperactive, it suggests a kind of an, that there's too much of something in your system, right?
It's too little of something in your system.
So the dopamine in ADAC is low, right?
So what you're doing is trying to find something to get the level up.
So my agitation is when it's low.
And when I'm in the focus, my dopamine is up.
So I'm much more settled when it's up, not when it's down.
