So what you're doing is trying to find something to get the level up.
So my agitation is when it's low.
And when I'm in the focus, my dopamine is up.
So I'm much more settled when it's up, not when it's down.
So when you think about the medication that people would take, it's like a- It's a stimulant.
But it's to rise up the levels so that you're not in an agitated state.
The agitation is when it's down.
So like when people talk about like, I have tried mindfulness, meditation, all of those things, and I see it changing people's lives, transformational.
People become real gurus and advocates for it.
And I think I have to get a piece of this.
But the mindfulness meditation and any sort of stillness thing,
doesn't work for me i can't get it and i i'd love to be and i envy people who relax who can do that and people who can fall asleep on a plane people who can you know and the sleep is probably the the thing that i can't really challenge like i have a chronically poor sleeper and again this is not i shouldn't really be saying this because i go around telling people about sleep hygiene and how important sleep is
And I would love to be able to sleep more.
But I was never a kid who slept until 12 o'clock as a teenager.
And even now I would struggle to get to sleep.
