Yeah.

And probably making more correct decisions sometimes.

You see enough of these and you're like, okay, maybe I need to shift my worldview.

I created the scale because if you study humans, the easiest way to measure a personality trait of some kind or an individual difference is to have a scale.

one that's validated against behavioral tasks, and you're pretty sure it measures a real thing that you think it's measuring.

So of course, because nobody had really done any work on morbid curiosity, there was no scale.

So that was one of the first things I did was try to create this scale.

It's 24 questions.

You can download it if you want to use it in your research or if you just want to see how you score and how you compare to the average of the studies that I've done, at least.

You can go take it and it'll tell you your overall score and how that compares to the average, but then also the breakdown of each of those domains.
